Of Strange Happenings in Moscow

The April 2006 issue of Scientific American reported that in the preceding February, a graduate student from the University of Idaho rediscovered the Giant Palouse Earthworm (Driloleirus americanus) after a twenty-year disappearance. Driloleirus americanus can grow to a length of three feet, will spit in self-defense, and smells "like lillies."

This is either a sign of the Apocalypse, or the prelude to Tremors 5.
