Of Five Relatively Unimportant Reasons Why It's Sweet To Be an Anglican

1. Father Wayne can open a sermon with an illustration from 24 (as in the TV show with Kiefer Sutherland), and still be an unmigitated theological badass.

2. Father Wayne can make exclamations like, "Sweet Jesus, what was lost!*" and totally pull it off.

3. When announcing upcoming Advent services which our church will celebrate in fellowship with other local churches (Anglican, Lutheran, Presbyterian, and Baptist), Father Wayne gave directions to one church by unselfconsciously referencing its relation to his favorite pub.

4. We occasionally get sermon series prompted by epistles from the bishops.

5. We totally have bishops. Who write epistles.

You hot slice of man-pie! I'm pleased that you have posted something new. You are a sweet dude who says sweet things. You should continue with this posting thing for a while... it's super sweet. Yes, I heard recently from James that y'all are expecting...the righteousness of which far exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees. I'll be out to Moscow just as soon as my overworked and underfed bank account will allow. Ohio treats me well in the meanwhile. Jenny was happy to hear about your upcoming Joyous Occasion and wishes you well.
